As Life Goes On

This is just a poem I wrote a while back when I had a lot going on. I don't feel like that anymore but I thought I would upload it.

There is a sadness in me,

a sadness that no one can see.

 

It's a feeling I want to hide,

a feeling that is eatting me up inside.

 

People go on with life daily,

no one sees the missing piece in me.

 

I want them to see

I want them to care,

To know how I am living in despair.

 

Every moment of my life is filled with pain

Every moment is just the same.

 

Outside I smile and act happy,

but inside no one see the broken me.

 

The more I live the more I want to leave

The more I stay the more I feel decieved.
