I think you should know

I think you should know

A Poem by RnL

dreary walls behind solemn faces. boxes of people from different places.

one in particular for me

information.contimplation.decisions and apologies.

take this name and take this number maybe they can help you on your way

what I need though- they cant see though- even with this look of dismay

familiar walls now behind tear streaked faces. we're just people from the same places.

one in particular for me

and this is where you died. The last place I have cried.

And i think you should know.....

We chose your clothes with much thought. All the prettys, we bought. Lit each candle as three.

Made sure everything was as youd want it to be.

And we watched you till the end.

Flowered faces behind green vases. Set before your name.

placed in ground particularly by me.

And I think you should know....this is not how it was supposed to go.
