Anger is a self-created emotion.

Anger is a self-destructive emotion. 

People get frustrated and that is just natural.

But think of the solution and just be tactical.

Anger is like a figure eight

You get angry at one thing, and it consumes your thoughts.

Things that contradict your anger number in the lots.

You see that things are wrong but it couldn’t be you.

Next thing you know, anger multiplies by two.

You keep skating the eight until it is too late.

Anger is over, now you are just hate.

hmm we have to be careful with our anger for it does add up to hate. In my opinion anger and hate not only hurts those around us but it also hurts us. Love and forgiveness helps heal us, it also draws people closer to you. Everyone does get moments of getting angry but we must not let it consume us for that will only get us lost in hate if we let it.
