I'm your straying unwritten verse, pen me down.A Poem by Indian Ink
You!
The euphoria of my old book smell, Petrichor after the long dry spell, Crispy petals of rose that I have saved for years, Your heart pumps in mine. Antsy heart chisels my ribs apart, That sensation running through my nerves, And crawling up my spine Just to have a glance of you. My heart sank in solitude, Shadowed by the lantern light, And perfumed by your touch, Slowly your love paved me to death. I wake up in the middle of the blue-sombre To gather the tear that rolls down my cheeks kissing my thirsty lips, Your words echo excavating my restless heart, And I feel you peeping through my moist skin, Yet I linger in your oblivion. My atemporal love creeps towards you consume you, You will be flooded by my tear that sing the song of melancholy, I'll teach you what love is.
