" The Parting"

" The Parting"

A Poem by natzky

" The Parting"

It was cold summer night,
and the sky was filled with dark thunder clouds.
I still remember the way you seized my arms
Your anxiety scares me a lot.

whining of the air stream,
and your trembling voice deafening the night-
How could I forget that throbbing hours?
The way you struggle just to say the final words;

You're soft voice certainly piercing my heart'
Just a knife-like stabbing continually
Shed tears spilling over endlessly'
Still clouded by the fact that you'll never be here w/ me.

Aaaw. :( I don't wanna experience that. :)) Well, nice imagery you have there and at the same time you playfully used brilliant words. "throbbing hours" "whining of the air stream" "shed tears spilling over endlessly" LOVED IT! :)) Write some more. :D
