DancerA Poem by NataliaCome find out.
Her wide blue skirts billow around her as she glides across the ballroom,
She takes graceful steps and as you look at her you forget all gloom. Suitors gawking here and there, She is oblivious as she dances with great care. Her auburn curly locks whirl around as she spins, Just staring at her grace makes you forget your own sins. Her bright green eyes sparkle in the dim light, Her actions are loud and bright. But when the grandfather clock strikes morning hour, Our mysterious beauty disappears; then starts a light spring shower. The other guests of the ball stand there wondering; "Now where is the Ghost Dancer wandering?"
