Hammock

Hammock

A Poem by Natalie M writes...
"

A poem of fidelity

"
we swayed
as two lovers do.
the moon was slowly setting
and the moon's glow
blanketed us two.
your lips invited me
without any words
nor postage.
I leaned in and flattened
my lips
to yours.
enveloped into a sea; we swam.
within each other;
mangled with laid,
barely breathing,
with the fear that a breath
too vehement
could drown us both.
