utopia.

utopia.

A Poem by Natalie

It must be wondrous,

to live inside your world,

which is nothing but a fantasy.

It must be beautiful,

to think you have it all,

and that you will never fall.

It must be exquisite,

to be so bewitched,

because oblivion is utopia.

This is right up my street Natalie. I often have mused if it is better to be oblivious to the world around us or to be sensitive as the writer is - is having awareness to the pain worth being able to write about it where the 'oblivious' don't experience the writers lot but they can't write about it - but then again would they miss writing about it then at all?
Your poem is thought-prodding and the artisans conundrum.
Well written - thanks for sharing

Thank you! :) your review is very much appreciated!
I like how you use the words. Twisting them to create the very good ending. Utopia is touched by the few and wished for by the many. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
