A very simple sweet and heartfelt write. I like how easily the emotions are portrayed. It's a short write and a very good piece. Now just a few pointers or suggestions which can make this better you can follow it or ignore it your wish ^^

We won't know each other
Unless in unity (cut down words it helps)

I experience in my dreams (don't add have)
we both happy together. (use emotion to express feelings even better)
