Silence

Silence

A Poem by Naomi's Poetry

Silent and still.
Kept in all together.
The fire breaks it apart,
Yet gives it purpose and life.

Arid and lifeless, filled with beauty.
Passion for silence roams.
Light and heat blend with shadow and cold.
Lined with secrets and whispers of nature.
It lets the river of truth flow within and between.
Its steam appears deadly yet quenches the living thirst.

The green seems sparse until the sky turns blue.
The sun later hides, but still draws life.
Only one light, it is the moon that brings fear.
And with fear the dark closes in.

Once fear is in, solutions come.
But they bring disaster and destruction
To Nature.
The silent becomes loud,
The still becomes active.
