Halleluiah Praise

H

Her rooftop bathing

Enveloped his pure of heart

Sin fills up the space

A murderous plot

Extinguished his faithfulness

For a brief moment

Fell on bended knee

Begged forgiveness from his Lord

As infant lay dead

God gazed in his heart

Saw repentance a plenty

Forgave him his sin

Revealed his secret

Love and lust shadowed his faith

Lost in her beauty

Barber she became

His strength lost as the hair fell

Blinded by her smile

Her lust for riches

Concealed the love deep inside

Greed filled up her heart

As the columns fell

Realized, greed stole her love

Watched her lover die

God became a man

A virgin’s womb, the vessel

Sing Halleluiah

God came down to earth

Reprieve for a sinful world

God’s Spirit is born

All who have fell short

Find redemption on the cross

Through the son of man

Sits at God’s right hand

Jesus Christ the Son of God

Halleluiah praise
