Winding Darkness

WD

A winding darkness

On the road to destruction

Down Satan’s highway

Darkened path destroys

The brightness of a man’s soul

And sin leads to death

Walk not in darkness

Set your eyes on the right way

Must follow the Light

Midnight cry is heard

You must choose darkness or light

Dark is damnation

The light of man’s heart

Rejuvenates a man’s soul

Light is salvation

I like the very positive nature of this piece, the only phrase I'd question is 'must follow the light' it sounds a little like something that might be said before temptation proves too great. However overall I found this quite uplifting despite me being a devout agnostic.

I really liked the format. The wording, the adjectives, the flow. It was all very good. Nice write
