Walking in the day

Hoping it will end

Needing the pain to lessen

Praying the heart will mend

 

Walking in the darkness

Searching for the light

Praying for morning to come

And conclude this endless night

 

Countless days and endless nights

A vicious circle for the broken heart

Soon the pain will lesson

Love will come again and pain will depart
