Butterfly Heart Delicate as butterfly wings My heart will crumble to dust And be blown away on the wind In the moment of a single gust My butterfly heart, oh how it can love When it receives tender sweet care But if handled harshly, broken in two Ripped to pieces floating through the air Fragile is my heart that I place in your hands A heart easily broken beyond repair Tenderly caress this butterfly heart of mine This I ask on the wings of a prayer
