Short and sweet, it's these sort of poems that grab my interest sometimes. To be honest, what attracted me to read it was the picture of Edgar Allan Poe. I'm a huge fan, and I think he would've been proud of this poetic devotion. I love how you mention the raven, obviously from his poem, 'The Raven', an amazing piece of work if you ask me.

'Only this, and nothing more.'

Well done on making me realise, to some extent, how much I love Edgar Allan Poe's originality.
