Elfie is employed for so many years in the company she dedicated to stay long term.  Her employer is a typical budget conscious salary rate owner. Despite of obvious reasons to resign, she stayed for one more year.  Her financial needs increases as she has a husband is not working, stayed at home as Elfie can earn more if employed as she finished her degree and the husband did not.

One time due to office politics her love to her job decreased.  One time she discussed it to her friend Angie who owned and operated much business.  One of which, Elfie’s company is being services by Angie.

Angie is a very professional woman.  She followed standard company policies, rules and experiences.  These experiences are her walls to the success of her business.  Elfie has been working for a decade and yet she was never given a promotion.  Others with same skills were given, yet, she is stuck in the same salary rate.  During the peak of her disappointment, Elfie the Unhappy Manager called Angie.  On phone, Elfie cries so hard that obviously, she lost her inspiration to continue working in the company. 

Angie knew how dedicated Elfie is with her job.  She cannot take Elfie in just like that because it is unprofessional to do that.  She was advised to do what she feels like doing.  Angie supported her all the way, to build her dreams again.

In life there is always called balance.  It is not easy to find a good job.  But it is very important to wake up while we are young to find that comfort zone.  Strive to help the company grow.  With it, both sides will somehow in time be able to provide benefits in the company.  In one way, when it is time, be not afraid to move forward, and find joy and growth in a company.

A healthy relationship with the management is very important.  In every business, there should be equal effort for the betterment of each individual.  Never stop learning and contributing.  It is the only way to enrich one’s career.  The rest, all the blessings will soon to follow.

Today Elfie is a successful happy manager, with the support of Angie, finding a good job with good management was never difficult for her.   She did it well because she is a good friend proven in times.  She is a person who never counts money but she is a person who believes that if one do good, blessings will pour in time.
