Twisted Reality

Twisted Reality

A Poem by nakerjay

This riotous living,

Escaping from reality,

Feeding the hate,

Growing inside of me.

The seeping insanity,

Is taking control,

I'm losing my mind,

It's stealing my soul.

At the edges of dreams,

The demons chip away,

Twisting beautiful visions,

Into Death and decay.

Smiling through the sorrow,

Laughing at the pain,

I sharpen the knife,

That will pierce the vein.
