Slapstick frustration

Slapstick frustration

A Poem by Conor Bracken
"

some nonsense

"

If I could cry myself to sleep I would

If I could cry if I could sleep

Sleep drunk is the best drunk but how to sleep not drunk

Don’t drink then you feel the feels its whats real

Feelings make YOU laugh feelings make YOU think feelings make YOU cry

Feelings make me drink.

Drinking makes me sleep drinking makes me sick

Drunk sick is the worst sick but how to sick not drunk

Exhaustion

Utter defeat

These are not feelings they are states of being

How to be when it is all you can

I can

Can do can me can you tuna can tucan red can blue can

I can ride a bike I can take a hike I can take flight

Of stairs all at once and break bone

Stay home stay alone stay hone yourself

Sharpen and harden

Ready for the next

Be ready to emerge and merge with the herd

Don’t fall behind

Get picked for consumption a sacrificial lamb

TOSS AN EGG IN THE PAN MAN
