Thinking about you..

You're in my thoughts before I sleep,

but then instead of counting sheep.

I lay there, wishing, if only you could see,

what you truly mean to me.

I fear no destiny,

I want no world,

as long as we're together,

there's nothing more I desire.

Thinking about it,

I don't know how or when you sneaked in to my life,

all I know is I can't help but think about you each day, each hour, each minute, every once in a while.

I don't really care what you've been doing in your past,

Cause' I know,

you're a rainy day which forms a beautiful rainbow..

Beautiful poem with a true feeling of love and devotion. You have expressed with your words the things I am always trying to write to my love. As your words express, with your love you needed nothing else but shared love. And yes love can sneak up on you when you least expect it. Thank you for sharing.

Damn. I love love love the second line. It's just so stark and so real. You did such a wonderful job with this, that the longing so intense for you is clear and distinguished. I feel it. I read it. I believe it. And that's hard to do.. to take your feelings and give them to someone else just with words.

You write so lovely.
