Daughter

A Poem by ARH
"

Just so you know, I have NOOO experience with the topic of this poem. I just thought that this must be what my mom thinks. Trust me i'm still in middle school. Not happening anytime soon!!

"
I watched as you grew,
into a young woman.
From the minute you were born,
from the minute I stared into your big, round eyes,
I knew you were strong.
You were so perfect.
It was like God molded you with his own hands.
He transformed my own flesh and blood,
into something magnificent.
Oh my, how much you've grown!
My little girl, look what you've become.
I guess I can't call you little girl.
You're my strong, woman.
