Gossip

A Poem by Lovesleftovers

“Gossip”

You talk and talk and talk.

Just to hear yourself speak.

No one else is listening.

Your argument is weak.

We all think you’re a joke.

A fool with a big mouth.

You’re a record that’s been broke.

Your reputation has gone south.

You turn the focus toward

Someone else, not you.

You’ve made us all so bored.

Shut up, sit down and stew.

Has a great flow and an even better subject. Very good.

Wow...I like this! It's not like most poetry, but it's really blunt and to the point. I used to have a problem with gossip, and this definitely describes what it's like. I hate gossip so much.
