Glasswork Heart Broken By Bad Luck.

Glasswork Heart Broken By Bad Luck.

A Poem by Bree
"

Based on the song Out Of Time by A Day To Remember

"
Do not trust me with fragile items,
Such as the glass beauty of your heart,
I will shake it's fragments furiously,
Until the glass fibers slowly crack apart.

I won't listen to you,
Not a word you say,
Why would I believe you,
When you plan to leave anyway?

Then I go back to my old ways,
Slashing my arm till it grows cold,
To much blood is lost,
And my skin won't fold.

I do the best I can to f**k up good things,
When everything goes smooth I'm that bump in road,
And I swerve and spin,
And spill the sanity load.

I do the best I can to ruin what I have,
I do my best to cause other peoples pain,
For my own selfish mistakes,
That aren't easy to tame.

So if you love your heart don't trust it with me.
I'll break it's glass fibers
All to easy
With my own destructive desires.
