Bedside Confessional

Bedside Confessional

A Poem by Amanda

That first look on your face,
That one c**k eyed grin.
The way you simply smiled;
A one wink sin.
Your arms on my back,
Your lips on my neck.
The feelingless kiss,
A hug of neglect.

Off flew the clothes,
And we rolled into bed.
On blazed our hot fire,
But left me breathing dead.
The night went silent
As we both heartily slept.
But even in a dream
A dark secret I kept.
I stared at you sleeping,
Though the light was dim.
I whishpered I'm sorry,
But I really love him.
