Life of a Savior (Part 2)

Life of a Savior (Part 2)

A Story by Jake Murphy

Come in. Oh, hello, Joe. Your a little early.

Do you want me to come back?

No, Please come in and sit. Do want anything before you begin, maybe a drink or something.

No, I'm alright just ready to start. I couldn't sleep last night.

Why is that?

I was too excited. I wanted to get in here again.

I was excited myself, sir. Shall we begin then.

Yes, Where did we leave off?

Lets see here, ah, we stopped with you telling me about your brother and you living with your friend Bobby and his family.

Ah, now I remember. We both became brothers. Generally we did everything together. So when I had the idea of signing up for the service he jumped on board fairly quick.

Do you think you pressured him into doing it.

I don't think so, maybe a little, he never said anything about it. Why?

Oh, nothing, Please proceed.

OK. Well we went home after we finished talking with the recruiter. We had to pick out a school and get accepted. Then we had to return to the recruiter for the money and then pack for our little adventure. We decided on Princeton Medical School. If was free, we might as well pick the best. We packaged up our applications and transcripts and sent them to the school for approval. I believe just two, possibly three days later we got a call saying that our transcripts passed with flying colors but our apps. had some errors. We didn't know of any errors so we asked the guy. We laughed for weeks after this. You know what the guy thought the error was.

No I don't what was it?

Our ages. They didn't think sixteen year old children could score that high on the MCAT's. Funny isn't it.

Yes, sir, very funny.

Well anyway, we explained what was going on. Us both having photographic memory and a will to change the world.

Sorry sir, our hour is up. Next week?

Sure thing, goodbye.
