LEGACY

I fear not the rain or snow
Nor the wind that blows vehemently
I fear not the sun
If tomorrow it fails to rise again
I fear not the moon
Or the stars if they stopped lighting my path
I fear not the darkness
Nor the roaring thunder over my head
For I have lost my way before
And strayed back on track again
But the mere thought that my footprints
Ones that I leave behind in my stroll
Maybe be gone by dawn
That I fear!
