with timeA Poem by Samantha M. Tusspotyou will become stronger with time.
i stand, always, in the corner
though the distant field's grass is ripe and inviting i know my place in this world, this town voices like mine should never be heard. i stand, mostly, on the sidelines though the roaring crowd is warm and accepting i know my position with people like these faces like mine should never be seen. i stand in front of the classroom though my hands were once shaking, cold and moist i know i am radiant, inside and out thoughts such as mine should always be known. © 2010 Samantha M.
