She I Call Friend

She I Call Friend

A Poem by Samantha M. Tusspot
"

I love our friendship because it is all we can ever have. I know that now.

"
    She I called my closest
    The dearest and the most
Is changing with the weather now
    Before seasons may pass
    I can't keep up, I cannot love
(to love her is a self-inflicted wound.)
    She I call my friend
Is a comfort and a madness
I can't keep up, I will not love
Riding these waves is all can be done.
