Oh, yes, that Invisible Man! So many people "see" him - or Him - but cannot, of course. If they don't harm anyone, fine, but I suspect a lot of people teach their young to believe in nonsense, and they continue to believe in that nonsense and do harm with it. I think we as a worldwide "society" the entire world's people - are in the centre of a movement and are moving out of it; may take a few more generations for that to happen. Religion was more necessary; now not so. I wrote a two-line poem (I think it's on here somewhere) and it said "A world once served by gods and heroes / Now gets by with ones and zeros."

I am not necessarily an Atheist. But, as a semi-schooled, studied, & researched EX-Preacher, I have witnessed first hand the errant fallacies of Organized Religion, fallacies that the RCC knows the historical facts of, facts that many a minister learns in seminary (semen-ary, where the seeds of deception are sown in the minds of men who sow the same seeds in the minds of dumber men) and is instructed to withhold from the Average Jane-n-Joe pew warmer, because Religion is all about power, control, and money, a conceptual trinity that I term as Taxes, Tithes, & Lies.
As a Free Thinker, I tend to believe that some thing or other, some It (An Ultimate It?) brought our Universe into existence of being all that we see and experience. But Man or men have never met as such, or conversed with as such, much less been instructed and given commands to convert the world by ways of laws of as such. For Man's God is directly representative of Man himself: God is man, just as man is God. George Carlin said it best: “Religion is Bulllshit!”
