Where The Friggin' Hell Was God, When All Creation Went To S**t!

"

A damn good question, if one ponders the magic of truth and lies that are one and the same dame preached in pretense of the one and the same name that belies behest of any jest ...

Truth is often butt ugly,

and terribly bittersweet,

neither easy to swallow,

nor pleasant to eat:

“Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.1

If the above lines

are to be believed as true,

then, obviously, God possesses

an appearance similar to Man's

and bears forth characteristics

also similar to Man's …

Curiously, you can't see God,

but you can see Man,

so when you see Man,

are you actually seeing God?

For God is said to be:

All powerfully Omnipotent,

all knowingly Omniscient,

and all present of Omnipresent ...

Thus, if we are to believe

that God is Omnipotent,

Omniscient,

and Omnipresent

-- If you can count to three,

you will see the makings

of a mythological Trinity --

then, Man should bear forth

these same three

mythology endowed

magical qualities:  Taxes, Tithes, & Lies.

'O my, but he does, does He not?

However, of whatever BS forever:

Man made in God's image,

after God's likeness,

it seems to me,

should also be:

All powerfully Omnipotent,

all knowing Omniscient,

and, ever presently, Omnipresent…

But, undoubtedly,

somewhere along

the mythological line,

Man got the short end

of the all powerful,

all knowing,

and all presently, s**t end of the stick …

Because Man, clearly, is not

all powerfully Omnipotent,

all knowingly Omniscient,

nor all presently -- Omnipresent …

So, if God is

all powerfully Omnipotent,

all knowingly Omniscient,

and all presently Omnipresent,

where the friggin' hell was God,

when all Creation went to s**t,

as Adam and Eve

partook of the forbidden fruit

in condemning all Mankind

-- those as yet innocent and unborn --

to live only to die

in wondering why

an all powerfully, all knowing,

and ever present God

did nothing, whatsoever,

to intervene and prevent

an error and mistake

of mere babes to Existence,

which is said to have

changed the entirety's future

of The Human Race,

and that of ever of forever ... ?

Truth is often butt ugly,

and terribly bittersweet,

neither easy to swallow,

nor pleasant to eat.

But lies, O' man lies,

lies are juicy and tasty,

the best of fool's treats

ever so sweet to eat,

and the very best of lies

are sold to superstitious

and ignorant men

by those deceivers

of Organized Religion

a misnomer of a name,

best rendered as -- Organized Crime!

1 Genesis 1:26 KJV " And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Marvin Thomas Cox-Flynn de Graham
I tell it like it is, without regard to sissy feelings of those who seek to cuddle up to lies, rather than face and look the truth in its cold mind blinding dark eyes ...

religion is a crutch for many....I do believe in God but not organized religion's version...
yes, Organized Crime...
we have free will...and if we decide to eat the forbidden fruit...that is on us...
yes, you tell it like it is, Marve...
you touch nerves with your poems...and we absolutely have to react in some fashion...you don't allow us not to.
