I

The humanity of the gods, indeed,

Is the divinity of man, and same;

Man keeps holy war, and peace can't succeed

The deed of disgrace of the talking flame!

 

II

Is the divinity of man, and same,

Is to create gods and to suit his needs!

The deed of disgrace of the talking flame

Has taught mankind to fear its holy deeds!

 

III

Is to create gods and to suit his needs,

That man has invented saints in his name;

Has taught mankind to fear their holy deeds,

But won't stand for truth, never stops his game!

 

IV

That man has invented saints in his name

Was proved in many ways, and he proceeds,

But won't stand for truth, never stops his game,

'Cause his game doesn't fit, but war and greed!

 

V

Was proved in many ways, and he proceeds

On inventing gods and devils to blame,

'Cause his game doesn't fit, but war and greed,

For his name is war, and no one can tame!

This is not to develop a discussion on any hierological, mytheological (*) or religious subject. This a cerebrating exercise to generate ontological thoughts; and to give the historic picture of  the  foundation of the subject  dealt through the lines of this present scroll.

Indeed, it is odd what strange, anthropomorphic tales have been devised to explain the truth of being. If they had just given more time to defining the statement "I AM THAT I AM," human history might have been so different.

Thank you for takin time to read the work of my friend and Poet, Andre Emmanuel Bendavi ben-YEHU ... Yes, there is much left to interpretation's misinterpretation with those line of which you speak, those words are but a drop in the bucket of the many words with the Jewish Tanakh and Christian Bible that are inconsistent and contradictory to that which people are taught to believe and live by, and as such stated and shared in my studied and researched humble but highly opinionated viewpoint ... LOL!

Religious folk tend to assume that I am an Atheist, and I do have many Atheist friends online ... But, I am not an Atheist, for your average Atheist seeks to conclude and state that the Universe just happened, has always been here, and never had a beginning, but has always just been here and always shall be ... Why such a positional statement on the part of most Atheists? ... Because of fear that admitting a beginning will leave one with no other alternative but to confess and accept the necessitation's reality of some thing or other that had to, must have, set the wheels of the Universe turning into existence of being into that motion of reality ... Religious folk live in fear that there is no Creative Source of all, and Atheists live in fear that there is, or just might be ... I believe that both extremes of viewpoint are wrong and in error for lack of open-minded common sense logic and reason's middle ground of seeking out a viably more intelligent answer that confesses the reality of there existing questions regarding the origin of Existence that Man shall always seek, but never possess answers to …

In a Rightist, Leftist, Extremist world, I choose to strive to exist as a Moderate … I apply the same reasoning to Ideology, Politics, and questions as to the origin of the Universe, and that microscopically minuscule planet Earth, whereupon Man resides, within it … It should be quite obvious to any sanely sensible individual that the Universe did not, (could not have) pull itself out of the Magician's Hat of its own arse … Everything within our Universe possesses a beginning and a coming end, for even Stars die or cease to exist as that which they once were (not alluding to Afterlife, but simply elements and substances being naturally altered from one state of existence into another, say by a Star exploding via the occurrence of becoming a Super Nova: The Elements and substances remain within Existence, but the Star has and does change, explosively so.)

Therefore, I view myself as An Intelligent Design Free Thinking Creations who attests that some thing, some where, in the out there of beyond Man's comprehension or any future ability to ever comprehend has, by some inexplicable means to the minds of men, set the wheels of the existence of the Universe into reality's motion of existence … I deem such a some thing as an Ultimate It as an attempt to not offend, either, Religious folks, or Atheists by self coining a terminology that provides for middle ground of common sense logic and reasoning's room for discussion …

I coined a term: Ultimate It … So what does such a term as an Ultimate It imply or seek to informatively provide or imply? Ultimate It: The necessitated existence of a Creator of all that is and will ever be that serves and operates as An Extant Catalyst Reactant Ultimate Source Point Of All Existence, an Ultimate It which has never met nor conversed with Man, and which Man shall very likely never meet or converse with in any Humanity's existence of any future of down the road of any time of Man attaining to comprehension of the just out of reach of Man's grasping mental hands as that which shall always remain implicitly-inexplicably incomprehensible — simply, thus, establishing points wherein both the Religious minded and the Atheist minded have deviated from that path of ascertaining and achieving possession of reliable truth, and have come of short in providing answers to questions that cannot be answered, that Man (as in all men as Man) is simply and utterly clueless to solving, resolving, or attaining accurate answers solving the riddles of such ponderably mysterious questions(short of selling faiy tales as Organized Religion, or Atheistically denying the obvious reality that our Universe had to have had a beginning, and is here, right before our eyes, as per my poem and articles, I Be I Who Am It, Violence — Not Love — Is The Predominantly Prevalent Force At Work Within Our Universe, & Sharing My Thoughts On Religion, Evolution, & The Origin Of Existence — Without The God Factor: [ https://www.writerscafe.org/writing/FlynndeGraham/2827627/ ], [ https://www.writerscafe.org/writing/FlynndeGraham/2820604/ ], & [ https://www.writerscafe.org/writing/FlynndeGraham/2820691/ ]) …

You may wholeheartedly disagree with my reasoning and my conclusions and I would and do respect that possible reality … I simply strive to cause people to learn for themselves and draw their own conclusions other than those beliefs of commonly held alleged truths that most certainly have not made this world a better place to live, and has provided not a clue of an answer to that age old disease plaguing Mankind: War — and such a disease treated no less or short of waging another war in false-belief that doing so will some how, magically, put an end to War …
