There was a beautiful sunrise,

the morning he breathed his last,

in leaving this life present,

to enter death -- in passing.

His life having become,

the present -- no more,

but a life lived -- in the past ...

A peaceful write. Life lived to the fullest, the present is now. To end life with the sight of the beautiful sun is an interesting idea reminds me of the saying "seeing the light" as implying death or seeing heaven.
