Looking deep into her eyes, he said, “Hold this for me, and please do not drop it, it has been bitterly crushed, my broken heart's locket, stepped on and so slighted, abused and much a frighted, mistreated and also cheated, smashed and left for dead.”
She smiled ever so sweetly, gazing softly into his eyes, her smile concealing a lie, as she said, “I am not like, all of the others before me, I am but a gentle carefree sea, rolling from shore to shore, now beached in your arms, forever yours, to roam no more.”
Sharing with her one last kiss, before turning away to home, his heart now safe in her hands, whistling ever so merrily along, as a most happy, happy, man, her smiling sweetly in the way, waiting till he was out of sight, dialing her cell phone to play, says, “Hey baby, I'm all alone.”
