Teenage

Teenage

A Poem by HopelessRomantic

To the sweet, sweet smell of the teenage soul

Young hearts are yearning for love

An everlasting dream

All around a blazing fire

For lust and their desire

Sitting still

Beyond the sea

Beyond the land and air

There holds a glimpse

Of life to be

Smokey waters lie around

Rolling thunder hits the ground

An explosion of their love

Their energy charges across the land

Shocks every rock and tree

Teenage soul

Teenage heart

Teenage love to be
