With the things I can’t have

Why do I bother?

With the men I don’t need

Why do I bother?

Trying to get the life I need

Why do I bother?

With the things that are wrong

Why do I bother?

Trying to find friends

Why do I bother?

Trying to find love

I give up

I agree. I couldn't find a way to end it when I wrote it 4 years ago.
