I wrote this when I was 16 and my Grandpa passed away. It was a raw and emotional time for me.

Life is not always the best thing

But you have to understand it

Before you try to live it

It is never easy in life

As you get older it gets harder

At a young age you learn how to take care of yourself

But you don’t learn everything

So you have a lot to discover

Your discoveries make memories

Some you wish you never remembered

Others you love

You always ask yourself why

Why something happened

Why you were born

But no matter how you live

You will always die

Some die old

And some die young

But no matter how you died

You know someone always loved you

So live

And take care of your life
