There is a guy I like, but I feel invisible when he is around.

When you walk into the room my heart stops

You are a beautiful human being

So tall, with a smile that lights up the room

You ooze self confidence

I forget how to breathe

I forget how to speak

All I want is to know you

Knowing you would be more fulfilling than having all the riches in the world

Yet, you do not see me.

I hide in the back of the room

Hoping one day you will look at me

Acknowledge that I exist in the same world as you

I imagine things to say to you, ways to get you to notice me

But I never move, never speak

I only hide and admire you from a distance

You will never know what you do to me

No one has ever held such power over my emotions

I have never felt the way I do when I see you

Maybe one day I will speak to you

But for now I will just hope that you will one day see me too
