An un-explainable love

i couldn't begin to explain 

nor could i understand

this love i feel 

crazy yet not out of hand.

your touch drives me insane

but your look does so much more

all my fears and pain fade

as you heal me to the core.

surely you must see it

for it lies in my eyes

the happiness you bring me

unlike so many guys.

your so inexplicable

i find myself at a loss for words

as my heart flutters quickly

as the wings of birds.

sometimes i just listen

as you breathe quietly in my ear

i wouldn't trade it for anything

even when your snoring i hear.

and those mornings when i wake

i live to see those smiling eyes

you would never know it

but its one reason my heart survives.

when we first made love

i felt a feeling of peace

i had never felt so loved

and the worry had ceased. 

but even that doesn't compare

to laying silently in your arms.

your eyes tell it all

its one of your many charms.

but through all of this

i could never begin to explain

how our love came so quick

and my heart i wouldn't contain.
