I have a friend who is like everyone else and i don't want to be friends with everyone else and i'm tired of it I was friends with her not them

Words don’t help you

Its just not who you are

I keep trying to help

But I’ve only come so far

I want to help

I no longer want involved

I don’t like what you do

I won’t be friends with them

And I won’t be friends with you.

This was very nice, and I hope your friend realizes that trying to be like everyone else is pointless. I think we all have a way to relate to this in someway :) The only thing; "your" in the fifth stanza should be "you're". Other than that great job!

A well written piece. we all have that friend who just isnt satisfied with being themselves. they always want to be different so they can hang out with this crowd or that group.

Good write. You can choose your friends but not the friends of your friend. Sometimes you have to choose between the two. Great to hear that you are confident in who you are. So many young adults are not.

"You change like the seasons" this is a cliche, most writers avoid them because their overused and not original, just thought you should know. cliche's tend to sneak in my writing from time to time as well. Very harsh ending, my guidlines when it comes to friends differs from yours. You change together. you grow together.
