Allowing our fears consume us slowly kills I have experience &this is about my fear I hope to inspire you as I work through my fears to work through yours. I will not lie it takes time

You once scared me
You once won
You haunted my dreams 
but now I'm done

You once broke me
You once held power
You controlled my life
But I will not cower 

You once hurt me
You once broke me in two
You held my emotions
But I will not give that to you

You once stole my innocence 
You once had it all
You thought you could win
But I will no longer let you make that call
