Love letter

Love letter

A Poem by U N I C O R N S AND Z E B R A S

Lets go out on a whim here
and tell everyone the truth.
I love you for now and I always will
I love your curly hairs that stick out
Of your work hat,
I love how you can make me smile
Even after my worlds tumbling down
You held my hand going into my surgery
You cheered me on at my football game.
You went from my best friend to my lover
I love being able to look and see you
I love how you are so positive
Eventhough your world is tumbling.
You work in the grill at McDonalds
You're 21,
"things will get better."
Those heart to hearts at 3 o'clock in the
Morning sure do make my heart melt.

Waking up with your arms around me
Is the only thing I want for now and forever.
You're mine.

I love when you make me work for a kiss
I love when you see me walk through the
Doors and you light up, As do I.
I love everything you hate,
Your parents are not your biggest fan
But their so sweet to me.
That's all that really matters to me,
Loving a man who's mamma loves me too.

I love that little dance you do when
You're washing the dishes
I love hearing you whistle and sing
God knows your voice isn't exceptional
But it's just perfect enough to help your imperfection.
Your touch surely sends me chills,
And your laugh gives me goose bumps
It's safe to say I'm forever yours.
