Howling HorrorsA Poem by Diane

It was breaking branches all around Not long after was crunching of the ground I covered my ears not wanting to hear My eyes open wide in frights as new sounds howels through the night A bang at the door sends a shock through my core Whatever it is really wants in If it succeeds I will be no more It will leave my bones Scattered on the floor
