My WorldA Poem by mr._.sandman04This is about a young girl who gets lost.My World. The stars above us Twinkle as our eyes meet As the tree we met at 12 every night Until one night… The night you left Was the night that my entire world changed It changed by the way I see, touch, smell, feel. I´m still waiting for you even tho I know your not Here beside the tree alone consumed by my thoughts You were the only person who understood the way I thought. I wait longer knowing that your not coming back This place that we made used to be a escape but you have turned it to my prison In this inescapable prison that I have built for my heart. As I now know that love is Death's little game to get you and kill you. Death was once a pure beauty But like every innocite thing he played with love As always the cycle of love he was torn apart like me It killed him until that all of his light was torn out of his body. That night you left me he paid me a visit. When he visited me he told me that he was watching us. He wasn't worried about you He was afraid that the thing that happened to him would happen again. When you didn't come to the tree he came instead. I wasn't afraid. Actually i fell in his arms crying Letting the oceans that i held for you come down felt like a rose losing its beauty Since you left me I've seen the world differently I didn't like how I see the world anymore The world i see now is black and with happiness Death follows me in this lonely world At times I hear voices saying That reason he left was that I wasn't good enough And my purpose in this cruel world is gone And that I would be better off with them. At the tree again. With Death and the voices On a branch where hangs over the hill has a rope on it. Under the rope sits a bench to the rope. The voices are getting louder saying do it. I'm on the bench with the rope around my neck. The voices screaming to join them. Death standing in front of me Offers his hand and says to come my child. Then the world i've known turns black… © 2018 mr._.sandman04Author's Note
