What happened to the smile
She used to wear everyday?
It disappeared.

What happened to the laugh
She used to give everyday?
It disappeared.

What happened to the songs
She used to sing everyday?
They disappeared.

What happened to the pictures
She used to draw everyday?
Her love for drawing disappeared.

What happened to the birds
She used to fold everyday?
Her will to make them disappeared.

What happened to the light
That used to be in her eyes everyday?
Her light burned out and disappeared.

What happened to that girl
We used to see here everyday?
[SHE DIED.]
