Happy Valentine's

Happy Valentine's

A Poem by Dylan Cook

 Happy Valentines

 When lovers pine

 Happy Valentines

 Witches were cryin

St Valentines was a martyr

But he was also a torturer

Replacing Lupercalia

With Valentines propaganda

Happy Valentines

When lovers pine

Happy Valentines

Witches were cryin

Remember those that died

But also keep the love inside

Don't let the memory turn to hate

For it will turn into a desire hard to sate

Happy Valentines

When lovers pine

Happy Valentines

Witches were cryin

Christianity sucked out the life

Corruption caused much strife

Witches were condemned to burn

Unless they were able to turn

 Happy Valentines

 When lovers pine

 Happy Valentines

 Witches were cryin
