Leaving Las Vegas

Leaving Las Vegas

A Poem by Scooby

Leaving Las Vegas
By: Nick Workman

Buckle up for safety

Fucked up and crazy

Ninety on the highway

Blazed on a Friday

Kush got me zoning hard

Stuck, stiff, damn retard

I don’t know how to feel

When it doesn’t seem real

This city’s all I’ve ever known

Made Vegas my f*****g own

Casinos and lights

Alcoholic fights

Drug pushers and users

Shameless child abusers

The filthiest pigs in the f*****g world

Everytime I see one I wanna f*****g hurl

F**k the badge

No respect for those f**s

I need to stop

Its working me up

There’s no longer a point

Roll my memories in a joint

My city’s great

But there’s a lot I hate

So I’ll make sure I’m real high

Cuz it’ll be hard to say goodbye
