Diet Pop

Diet Pop

A Poem by Scooby

Diet Pop

By: Nick Workman

What if I told you

I only want to hold you

I don’t want the old you

The past helped mold you

You’re always in my head

I miss you in my bed

My face just turns red

I’d rather be dead

My dreams do not lie

I won’t let you pass by

I just need to know why

You said your goodbye

I want you right here

The end is not near

You shouldn’t have fear

My love for you is clear

I’m yours; please be mine

I need you to keep me in line

Without you I won’t be fine

I need you until the end of time.
