batteredA Poem by movosi
you were such a pretty soul with a soiled body to match some people would call you a masterpiece but every bit of me knew that you were a walking mistake you will never remember anything you were nothing but a skimpy body pumped of drugs that pranced in heels only to catch the attention of your killer he thought you were something special didn’t he? you thought he was the perfect candidate with the perfect amount of pocket change he was your maker that night he took you to a place you’ve been a thousand times expect this time it was your last the injection wounds on your skin still lay there the only thing moving around you is the blood seeping from
under your cracked skull the spilt of your skin isn’t so flattering maybe you should cover it up with makeup except your purse is in his back seat along with your last breathing moment you were a perfect thing you were © 2013 movosi |
