Darkness taking over

the option of living closing in

Days are growing darker...

hours are coming to an end

minutes are creeping in as

the seconds win

 

A lost battle till the end...

not wanting to give in

but no choice

no say in the matter

 

Life will stop until...

the darkness leaves

but its an everlasting

length of darkness

as it seems

 

It seems like forever...

before the light

will shine again

giving life a choice

to live once again

 

Till then it's darkness taking over

Very flowing, and of course I said this before, darkness is comforting for me. My mind is always in the void, the unexpected, the unknown. I am more uneased by the more known stuff, like being placed in a spot light by friends, or the things around the world that just seem too unreal, but its not. This is an awsome poem, keep it up, and think you for sharing, and I like darkness :)
