A Poem by Michele
"

old poetry

"
I would like nothing more
Than to lose it all.
Lose myself,
In a sea of blackness
I call it home.
It welcomes me with open arms,
And makes me feel no harm.

I want to lose every inch of myself
In this sea I call home,
Because when I forget myself,
I forget the drone
Of life, and it's constant reasons
For me to just go.
Take me home.
