Part 2 of the writing. Turns out she's made her decision..

(She made her decision.)

 

You've made up your mind.

You don't need me anymore.

You made it clear enough

When you said, "This is my decision,"

And clung to him like he was your lifeline.

At least you know what you want.

At least you're happy now.

I'm glad, I really am.

I'm glad you've found someone to love.

I just wish that you hadn't had to throw me away to get to him.

You were my best friend.

I wish we could be as close as we were before all of this,

But I can never trust you as much as I used to.

No.

Not after this.

Maybe never again.

This decision you have made will no doubt affect you for the rest of your life,

And if it doesn't, then I'll know that I really didn't mean anything to you.

 

I want you to know that I will miss you.

All those times we laughed so hard we had tears in our eyes,

All those times we comforted each other when we were in pain,

All those nights we spent awake together, talking about life.

Those were some of the best times of my life.

I'm just glad you found someone special.
